Research Outline
Various measures are needed to realize GX. On the other hand, since there are no universal technologies and measures, it is necessary to combine various technologies and measures based on cost-effectiveness to achieve efficient emission reductions and virtually zero emissions as a whole system. Based on the knowledge of systems engineering, we will analyze and evaluate min ideal state of GX realization for the entire energy system, including energy supply, transportation, storage, and utilization, using mathematical models, etc., and formulate a scenario that is consistent with the entire system. We will also promote research on energy and climate change policies and institutional design to realize the scenarios.
