Research Outline
We are studying Cu(In,Ga)(SSe)2 thin-film solar cells, which are lightweight and flexible, and are expected to be used for various applications such as vehicle mounting and installation on curved surfaces, by using the simultaneous deposition or sulfurization method to improve their conversion efficiency.
