Research Outline
To promote decarbonization and re-urbanization in each region in an integrated manner, we will develop a general-purpose "decarbonization regional planning support system" that can be used by local governments to develop comprehensive plans for regional decarbonization, taking a cross-sectional view of several major policy min related to decarbonization. In the leading regions in major policy min related to decarbonization, such as local autonomous energy, next-generation transportation, and construction stock, we will collaborate with local universities, local governments, and businesses to develop decarbonization models for each policy min. Research will also be conducted on the integration of decarbonization models in each policy min and the development of consensus building systems involving citizens and others.
