He introduced various technological development efforts for GX promotion, including e-methane production by SOEC, decarbonization strategies for shipping, exhaust gas treatment and recycling technologies, and offshore wind observation using small SAR satellites. Mr. Nagai, GX Investment Promotion Division, GX Group, Innovation and Environment Bureau, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), made closing comments on the increasing importance of industry-government-academia collaboration and the GXI hub function in achieving a stable energy supply, economic growth, and decarbonization simultaneously. The event was a great success, with approximately 170 people registering.
